are gone; the crowds are smaller,
so you get to have all the fun and less of the hassle.

October has absolutely beautiful leaves, Harvest decorations
and the Annual Harvest Craft Festival.
November has the lighting of the Winterfest and Christmas displays,
the city lights up on the first weekend of November.

December has the light decorations, also the Christmas Parade on the first
Friday of December and just admit it, Christmas is color.

Just think, from your condo you can conveniently walk to all of this fun.

During each of these months Gatlinburg is so very busy.  It is quite hard to create an offer

• The number of units available under each special rate may be limited or if multiple units are requested the rate may be considered a  group rate and may be different than advertise.
   

•  Holiday dates and special activity dates will have a higher rate, these dates may vary yearly, your reservationists will inform you if higher rates applyPrinted rates are subject to change.
   

• Special offers are subject to  change,   cancellation or limitation at any given time without notice.
   

• A cleaning fee will be added to each reservation as follows…

        Other units may be added to our rental program at any

        time and will have cleaning fees set at that time according to the         size and or  type of unit.

·          Items in our Smoky Mountain Explorer Kit may vary and are for informational purposes only and has no monetary value.

·          Rates quoted are for 4 persons in a two bedroom condo and 6 persons in a three bedroom condo
additional fees may apply for additional persons.

·          All special offers are based from our normal rack rates which are

        $135.00  for a 2 bedroom and $175.00 for a 3 bedroom condo
